4

Know your refill status and have pertinent details

Have everything you need for an efficient and productive appointment. Find out if you need refills before the visit.

5

Confirm Stable Internet Access

Please be at home or in a private office with stable internet access to avoid delays that will cut into your appointment time with your provider. Do not attempt to participate in a tele visit from your car or outdoors.

6

Make your Follow-up appointment

At the end of your telehealth visit, text us to make your follow-up visit. This is very important to do immediately after your visit to prevent delays in your next appt.
